On November 6, 2024, he shared the heartbreaking news with his followers on social media. In his post, Hermes revealed that his mother passed away on November 5, 2024, and explained that he felt compelled to make the news public to begin his mourning process.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/max102.3fm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-159084\" src=\"https:\/\/demo.max1023.fm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/hermess-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1536\" height=\"2048\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hermes posted photos of his late mother and included an account number, requesting financial assistance for funeral arrangements. He wrote, &#8220;With the heaviest of hearts, I\u2019d like to make public the passing of my beloved mum, ISIOMA PHEBIAN IYELE, on the 5th of November 2024.&#8221; He added, &#8220;I\u2019m doing this so I can properly start my grief and because I currently lack the strength or capacity (mentally and financially) to handle this situation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/max102.3fm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-159082\" src=\"https:\/\/demo.max1023.fm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/hermesiyele-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"871\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please pray for my siblings and me. Please support us in all the ways you can.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/max102.3fm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-159081\" src=\"https:\/\/demo.max1023.fm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/iyele.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"823\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The reality star also shared the difficult circumstances surrounding the news of his mother&#8217;s death, revealing that he received the devastating call while on a work trip. &#8220;I\u2019m currently on a work trip and got the news in transit,&#8221; he explained. &#8220;I\u2019m trying as much as I can to function in the regard of duty that has brought me here, whilst trying to do my part of what needs to be done to see this tragedy through. So please be patient with me as I won\u2019t be able to respond to calls and texts for the time being.
